At Céllence, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or makeup products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@cellencebeauty.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

- Opened beauty products (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@cellencebeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
