Céllence — Refund & Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Refund Contact us at hello@cellencebeauty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions Perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable unless faulty.
